Ingredients
Makes 1 serving.
- 100 ml (3.4 oz)ElixirBurst Aronia Pure juice
- 45 mlBlanco tequila
- 20 mlFresh lime juice
- 15 mlAgave syrup
- 1 pinchFlaky sea salt for the rim
Directions
- Wet half the rim of a chilled coupe and press it into fine salt.
- Shake the tequila, lime, agave and Aronia juice hard with ice for 12 seconds.
- Fine-strain into the coupe.
- Garnish with a thin lime wheel.

Tips & Variations
- Salt only half the rim so each sip is a choice.
- Add a slice of fresh jalapeño to the shaker for heat.
