Ingredients
Makes 2 servings.
- 200 ml (2 × 100 ml)ElixirBurst Aronia Pure juice
- 1 smallRaw beetroot, peeled
- 15 mlFresh lemon juice
- 1 pinchSea salt
Directions
- Juice the beetroot, or blend it with a splash of water and sieve it.
- Stir in the lemon juice and salt.
- Add the Aronia juice, divide between two glasses and drink cold.
Tips & Variations
- Drink it 60–90 minutes before training.
- Add a thumb of ginger to the juicer to cut the earthiness.
